PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
By subscribing to our service, you agree and give us the right to charge your card automatically on a monthly basis as long as your subscription period is active. You can cancel your subscription anytime, without any additional charges by emailing support@capitalmodels.agency.
Your card details are never stored in our database. We do not have access to your full payment information. Instead, they are secured safely with Stripe – our payment gateway.
YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
By subscribing to the CAPITAL MODELS monthly influencer management service, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our service. Your continued use of CAPITAL MODELS following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
REFUND POLICY
Please read this policy carefully. This is the REFUNDS POLICY at CAPITAL MODELS.
CAPITAL MODELS offers several non-tangible irrevocable goods that we DO NOT issue refunds once the order is completed. You, as a customer are responsible for understanding this upon subscribing for any services on support@capitalmodels.agency.
It is important to note that by subscribing to our services you are fully agreeing to our REFUNDS POLICY. You as a customer agree to pay and take responsibility for all charges made in accordance with your subscription and these policies.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel at any time 5 days prior to the end of your subscription period. No prorated refunds are provided for cancellations made before the end of the subscription period.
MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS
Our monthly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle which equals one month after you subscribed and made a payment to CAPITAL MODELS. Monthly subscriptions come with no contracts, cancel anytime 5 days before your subscription is due end! To avoid auto-renewal, you MUST send in a cancellation email at least five business days before your next billing date to support@capitalmodels.agency. No exceptions are made.
MULTI-MONTH SUBSCRIPTIONS
Any subscriptions over one month are considered binding contracts. This means you cannot get a refund for any reason. Any subscriptions over one month will auto-renew at the end of the billing cycle. To avoid auto-renewal, you MUST send in a cancellation email five business days before your next billing date to support@capitalmodels.agency. No exceptions are made.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
If you would like to cancel your CAPITAL MODELS subscription before the next billing date simply support@capitalmodels.agency AT LEAST FIVE DAYS before the next renewal date with the following information:
- Subject line: Please write the word ‘CANCEL’
- Body of the email: Please write your Instagram username
*Again, in order to avoid auto-renewal you MUST send in your cancellation email FIVE BUSINESS DAYS before your next billing date to the email address support@capitalmodels.agency.
FAILED CREDIT CARD CHARGES
If CAPITAL MODELS is unable to bill your credit card, we have the right to terminate service immediately. Our payment gateway Stripe will retry your card periodically for 7 days after if fails. If it is not successful at the end of the 7 day cycle, your account will be cancelled. Subscriptions that have been terminated may be reactivated if valid payment information is entered and we can successfully charge the card for all debits made on the account since the failed charge.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
This is the only exemption to our ’no refund’ policy. To be eligible for our 30 day money back guarantee refund, you must meet either of the two following criteria.
You can receive a full refund only if and when:
1. You Didn’t Gain Any Followers
We take great pride in the quality and value of our services, with honest confidence we can say that this would be an extremely rare occurrence. Should you not gain any followers in your first 30 days of service we will without any hassle issue a full refund. You must fill out our Refund Request Form for your refund to be considered. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be issued to the same payment method which you used to pay for your membership.
2. We Couldn’t Gain Account Access
In the rare circumstance we cannot gain access, permission or verification to log in to your account within the first 30 days of your membership, we will issue you a full refund. If we have accessed and worked on your account however, we cannot issue any refund due to labor intensity and other reasons listed throughout this policy. You must fill out our Refund Request Form for your refund to be considered. Refunds may take up to 10 business
days to be issued to the same payment method which you used to pay for your membership.
